During the past 10 years, we served the gas energy industry with a focus on composite pressure vessels for transportation and on-board storage of Hydrogen and CNG.

Processing equipment

Plastic Liner production equipment & tool

Polimeric plastic Liner, as a mandrel in the process of filamnet winding, is produced in Rotational molding or Blow molding process. Specific tools/molds are needed to enable each process.

Filament winding equipment

Multi axis and multi spindle computer controlled machines are used for precise fiber laying around plastic Liner. Fiber tensioning and impregnation devices are assosiate parts of equipment to complete filament winding line.

Composite curing oven

Filament wound parts are cured in specific ovens at certain temperature and time to allow proper polymerisation of epoxy resin which together with carbon fibers forms composite material.

Testing & Laboratory equipment

Composite pressure vessel production line ends with hydro testing equipment needed to check quality of the cylinders. Beside this necessary testing equipment we are able to supplie additional laboratory equipment which is used in certification process.

Nickel-Hydrogen battery as a glass-composite pressure vessel. Energy storage solution for large scale applications. Durable and long life battery up to 30000 cycles. No thermal runaway, tolerant to overcharging, deep discharge.

Two-cell stack concept test vessel

A compact two-cell stack concept integrated inside a test vessel, showing the terminal feedthroughs and pressure-line connections. The design enables controlled electrochemical testing under sealed pressure conditions, while allowing visual inspection of the stack configuration, internal layout, and fluid/gas interface during operation.
